HE HAS EVEN BEEN SPOOFING POSTS BY HER ABOUT HER FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES. SOME PEOPLE WITH WHOM SHE INTERACTS AND COMMUNICATES WITH DAILY. HE HAS EVEN GIVEN HER A NAME ON HIS TALK-SPORTS WEB BOARD AS “CONSPIRACY GIRL” AND SPOOFS POSTS ON HIS OWN BOARDS. WHILE RANDY IS HAVING GREAT FUN WITH HIS LATEST INVENTED CONTROVERSIAL CHARACTER “MARKETA” APPEARS TO HAVE SUDDENLY VANISHED. I WONDER IF IT IS POSSIBLE THAT RANDY IS “MARKETA”. HE ENCOURAGES PEOPLE TO HARASS THIS WOMAN AND HE HAS SET UP AN ENTIRE PAGE OF HARASSMENT WITH MALICIOUS AND BIZARRE LIES WHICH HE SPOOFS RESPONSES TO.

IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE REST OF THE BLOG POSTS, THIS IS A WOMAN WHO CAUGHT AN SEO COMPANY DOING THEIR MARKETING THING FOR SIDNEY CROSBY COVERING UP HIS DIRT. THEY WERE DOING IT BY DROPPING BROWSER HIJACK FILES FROM RANDY’S WEB BOARD TALK-SPORTS. I WOULD PRESUME THAT RANDY WAS RECEIVING SOME REMUNERATION FOR HIS PARTICIPATION IN IT. IT WOULD BE VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM TO DO IT WITHOUT HIS COMPLICITY. THE PUNISHMENT THEY HAVE SEEN FIT TO DELVE OUT TO HER SINCE MAKING IT KNOWN THAT RANDY WAS DROPPING MALICIOUS FLASH COOKIES FROM HIS WEB BOARD HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF OUTRAGEOUS. IF RANDY HAD TOLD SIDNEY CROSBY’S PEOPLE THAT HE COULD “TAKE CARE OF THE SITUATION” I HOPE BY NOW THEY REALIZE THAT HE HAS DONE NOTHING BUT ESCALATE IT TO WARFARE PROPORTIONS.

AFTER SPENDING AN EXHAUSTIVE RESEARCH ON WHAT EXACTLY WAS DONE AND HOW IT WAS DONE, THE METHODS USED, THE PARTICULAR SOFTWARE AND CODING USED ARE ALL  ONES THAT RANDY IS INTIMATELY FAMILIAR WITH. HE IS DEFINITELY A SOPHISTICATED HACKER, I WILL GIVE HIM THAT.  HE APTLY NAMED HIS COMPANY WHEN HE NAMED IT AFTER MILITARY ENEMY COMMUNICATION PENETRATION SOFTWARE. BUT WHY WOULD HE WANT TO?  HE IS AS BLACK A HAT AS HACKERS COME AND HE LIKELY HAS HACKED MANY COMPUTERS OF PEOPLE WHO VISIT HIS BOARDS, INCLUDING THE ATHLETES AND THEIR PR REPS. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, DON’T KID YOURSELF HE PROBABLY HAS ENOUGH OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE TOO IF YOU EVER DECIDE YOU DON’T WANT HIS AFFILIATION ANYMORE AND HE IS LIKELY THE ORIGINAL SOURCE OF WHAT YOU WERE ALL SCRAMBLING TO HIDE.

IT IS KNOWN BY SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT RANDY POSES AS VARIOUS CHARACTERS ON HIS OWN BOARDS TO STIMULATE CONTROVERSY AND IN DOING SO, TRAFFIC. HE HAD INFORMATION ABOUT THE HACKED WOMAN THE VERY NEXT DAY INCLUDING HER NAME AND PROFESSION. IN THE SUBSEQUENT FEW DAYS FOLLOWING THE HACKING HE MADE VULGAR AND NASTY POSTS ON HIS TALK-SPORTS WEB BOARD THAT INDICATED HE KNEW A GREAT DEAL MORE ABOUT HER DEMOGRAPHICS THAN ANYONE MIGHT REASONABLY HAVE GUESSED AT. RANDY MORIN IS A VOYEUR AND A HACKER BUT HE IS ALSO SADISTIC, MALICIOUS AND IMMORAL PERSON. I WON’T GO INTO ALL OF JUST HOW VULGAR AND CRUEL RANDY AND HIS CO-CONSPIRATORS ARE  BUT SUFFICE IT TO SAY THAT HE AND THEY ARE CLEARLY A SOCIALIZED SOCIOPATHS. WHAT IS CONSPIRACY? ALL IT IS IS WHEN AT LEAST TWO PEOPLE AGREE TO PRESENT A CIRCUMSTANCE BY SOMETHING OTHER THAN THE ACTUAL FACTS. CONSPIRACIES HAPPEN EVERYDAY ONLY A MORON THINKS THAT PEOPLE WHO ACCUSE PEOPLE OF COLLUDING TO DO SOMETHING WRONG AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT ARE “KOOKS WITH CONSPIRACY THEORIES”. MANY PEOPLE SAW THE PREGAME PROMOTION OF THE GAME BETWEEN THE BOSTON BRUINS AND THE PITTSBURGH PENGUINS WHERE SIDNEY CROSBY SHOOTS A BEAR. IT WAS DEEMED POLITICALLY INCORRECT AFTER THE FACT.  TRY FINDING IT ON THE INTERNET ANYWHERE. EVEN MORE OBVIOUS IS THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL “GIRLS” ON THE TALK-SPORTS SIDNEY CROSBY BOARD VEHEMENTLY DENYING THAT IT EVER EXISTED.

WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A HANDFUL OF PEOPLE WHO COOPERATE FOR THE SAKE OF MONEY. THE MOTIVATIONS AND ALLEGIANCES ARE CLEAR. THERE IS ALSO SOME VALUE TO TELLING THE  THE STORY ON VARIOUS LEVELS. FIRSTLY, THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE DONE TO THE WOMAN WHO WAS HACKED WARRANTS IT. DELETING HER BUSINESS, INVADING EVERY ASPECT OF HER LIFE, TRYING TO EXTORT HER WITH HER PERSONAL INFORMATION, INTERCEPTING COMMUNICATIONS AND SPOOFING ALL MANNER OF PEOPLE, SPREADING HER PERSONAL INFORMATION ACROSS THE INTERNET WITH MALICIOUS REMINDERS THAT “SIDNEY CROSBY IS ENTITLED TO HIS PRIVACY” AND THEN WHEN THAT DID NOT DO THE TRICK, SPREADING LIES AND SPOOFING HER ON INTERNET BOARDS WITH THE PERSISTENT MESSAGE “SEE NOT EVERYTHING THAT IS ON THE INTERNET ABOUT SIDNEY CROSBY IS TRUE EITHER”,  HARASSMENT AND CYBER-STALKING OVER A THREE MONTH PERIOD. THAT IS WORTH MORE THAN $100 AND WARRANTS A WARFARE MENTALITY.

SECONDLY, THERE IS THE RISK OF THE EFFECTS OF  DISILLUSIONMENT HERE WHEN WHATEVER CHARACTER FLAWS AND ILL BEHAVIOUR OF SIDNEY CROSBY IS EXPOSED. FAR GREATER THAN THAT FOR TIGER WOODS. GOLF IS VERY MUCH AN ADULT’S GAME. MOST OF WHO ADMIRES AND EMULATES SIDNEY CROSBY ARE CHILDREN. FINALLY, THERE IS ALSO THE ISSUE OF WHO ELSE THESE ROGUE MARKETING AND PR  COMPANIES ARE PROVIDING THESE SERVICE FOR AND WHAT OF THAT WE SEE ON THE INTERNET CAN BE RELIED ON WHEN PEOPLE CAN INSERT PARAGRAPHS INTO MAINSTREAM, ONLINE NEWS ARTICLES. THAT THIRD REASON ALONE IS A GOOD AND NOBLE REASON TO TELL THE STORY EVEN IF YOU ARE PREPARED TO DEBATE OR QUESTION WHAT OTHER MOTIVES THERE ARE.

LETS TAKE A LOOK AT THE CREDULOUSNESS OF RANDY’S CONSPIRACY THEORIES AND ALSO WHAT VALUE THERE MIGHT BE IN THE SORT AND EXTENT OF CONFLICTS HE CREATES  AND THE AMOUNT OF EFFORT HE WILL PUT INTO CREATING HIS INTERNET WARFARE CAMPAIGNS. FROM WHERE I AM STANDING PRETTY MUCH ALL OF HIS CONSPIRACY THEORIES ARE  UTTERLY UNBELIEVABLE, ILLOGICAL AND RIDICULOUS AND POINT THE FINGER AT EVERYBODY AND THEIR GRANDMOTHER. YOUTH SPORTS IN CANADA, THE BOD OF BRAMPTON YOUTH HOCKEY, THE COMPANY THAT RUNS THE 407, THE ONTARIO VEHICLE LICENSING BUREAU, BELL CANADA. GRANT IT HE MAY HAVE HAD A LEGITIMATE BEEF WITH THE PARTIES INVOLVED BUT THE EXTENT TO WHICH HE TAKES HIS BEEFS AND THE ACCUSATIONS HE MAKES ALONG THE WAY ARE “A KOOK WITH A CONSPIRACY THEORY” THEORIES. NOW “RANDY, WOULD THAT NOT MAKE YOU THE “CONSPIRACY BOY”?

I HAVE COME TO THE DISTINCT CONCLUSION THAT RANDY MORIN JUST LIKES TO CAUSE PROBLEMS FOR PEOPLE AND HE LIKES TO MAKE THEM BIG.  MAYBE ALL THOSE SILLY WOMEN ON HIS FACEBOOK BUSY TRASHING HIS POOR WIFE WITH THEIR VULGAR VITRIOL MIGHT COME TO HAVE A DIFFERENT OPINION ABOUT WHO MAKES LIFE DIFFICULT AT HOME.

RANDY’S BLOG AFTER THEY TURFED HIM FROM THE BOD OF BRAMPTON YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION BECAUSE HE ,WELL, HAD AN INSANE CONSPIRACY THEORY THAT THE BOARD MEMBERS WERE COLLUDING TO RIG HOCKEY GAMES AT THE ATOM LEVEL ( THAT IS 9 AND 10 YEAR OLDS PEOPLE) AND THEN  THEY CONSPIRED AGAINST HIM FOR HIS EFFORTS TO EXPOSE THIS DEEPLY ROOTED CULTURE OF FRAUD IN CANADIAN YOUTH SPORTS….TO QUOTE AN EMAIL DROPPED INTO MY SOURCE’S EMAIL BOX BY HER HACKERS “NOBODY BELIEVES YOU…NOT EVEN YOUR OWN FAMILY RANDY…EVERYBODY IS AGAINST YOU…MAYBE YOU SHOULD KILL YOURSELF”…..

I was once at a pub and a guy at the table next to me was bragging very loudly about how he told his kids to lie to their principal in order to defraud the school of 200 dollars. I asked the fellow if I could interject a thought. He agreed and I simply replied “You are teaching your children.” The guy blew his lid with those 5 simple words.

This brings me to the biggest cheating and lying facing all Canadians; kids hockey. This likely applies just as much to kids soccer, baseball and all else. In my case, I have a 9 year old hockey fanatic. I go to his games. I see what happens. I even got involved and coached kids myself. I love coaching kids hockey. Unfortunately, I don’t like dealing with the adults. Most of the adults are fine, but too many are not. These adults are prepared to cheat and are prepared to F-bomb the ref in front of 7 year old kids.

I volunteered my way from water dad to parent rep to head coach and all the way to the BYHA (Brampton Youth Hockey Association) board of directors. I thought I could make a difference, but it turned out that cheating in kids hockey was more deeply rooted than I thought. I’ve always been naive that way.

At my 2nd board of directors meeting, the VP introduced a rule to cap extra icetime at 60 hours per year. Seemed reasonable to me and others and the rule was voted in. What the VP failed to disclose was that he was doing this to cap the icetime of a competitive team to one he coached and his son played against. A parent had donated 5000 dollars to a team in the VP’s league to give the entire team an extra 25 hours of icetime.

When I was told about his failure to disclose the conflict of interest, I was shocked. I started asking around to confirm the truth. Inadvertently, I asked the wrong people and it got back to the league that I was asking questions. This resulted in several members of the board harassing me on a weekly basis. In a stroke of bad luck, the convener of the league I coach was the wife of the VP who failed to disclose the conflict of interest. She was trainer of his team and also a member of the board of directors. She twice called me on the phone and accused me of cheating and threatened to forfeit my games. She never could tell me which rule I violated.

I met with several members of the executive to discuss the problem. They not only dismissed the obvious conflict of interest, but they started attacking me for suggesting this was a problem. We resolved that I would file a formal complaint that would be reviewed by an independent person from the issue.

I filed the complaint and the harassment got amplified. More harassment from the convener and now a reprimand letter from another VP (not the husband). I filed a 2nd complaint against this VP. Then I got a letter from the president of the league dismissing my complaint and asking me to resign from the board. They were clearly resolved to harass me into giving up on my complaint.

I just have one thing to tell them, “You are teaching your children.”

407etr Racketeering

I now have definitive proof that the 407etr company is engaged in racketeering. You see, this company has been given a public trust of running a highway in Toronto. They have been incorrectly billing me for years and I’ve had to fight them for the last 2 years on clearly fraudulent charges. Two weeks ago, Anthony Pompilio of the office of the president of the 407 agreed that I owed no money on one account. In talking on the phone, he absolutely agreed to close the account. Later, he sent me the following email (excerpts only).

This is an exact facsimile of the request that was sent to our billing coordinator requesting the remaining balance on this account to be written-off. Please allow 1-2 bill cycles for the adjustments to be reflected on your account. [cut] The remaining balance of $34.96  that is comprised of the $13.50 collection fee, interest, and other VTCs/Account Fees from the September 2004 invoice that could not have been adjusted as the items were not displayed in PeopleSoft.

Do you see the ruse? He’s not saying the account is closed anymore. Quite a deception from our phone call conversation. Now, it’s going to take 1-2 billing cycles to have this reflected. Of course, 1 or 2 billing cycles later, he’ll deny everything and the calls from collection agencies continue. The problem is that this time, he put it in writing. So, I have proof. Two weeks later, I received a notice of plate denial on this same account. That’s called racketeering.

I had previously sent an email to the premier of Ontario and they reply by letter that I should engage with the company’s Ombudsman, Denise Peltier. Yesterday, I sent her an email and she responded that she’d contact me today. We have a very bad conversation today where she basically explained four years of incompetence on the 407’s part as my fault.

Let me explain, 4 years ago, the 407 incorrectly created two new accounts for me and billed them to mailing addresses that didn’t exist. Of course, interest accrued on these account for years and I never received an invoice, so I didn’t pay them. How could I? I never received an invoice. Two years later, I started receiving phone calls from collection agencies that I owed money. This was also put on credit reports and I was getting a mortgage at the time. The bank gave me the mortgage anyway, because most people do know that the 407 is running a racket anyway, but nobody does anything about it. This time, I have proof and I intend to press charges in the morning.

Anyhow, Denise Peltier said that I still owed $97 on an account unrelated to the notice of plate denial above. She said she would send me the details and call me back in the afternoon. She assured me that the total due was $97 and did not include interest or video toll charges. At 5:30PM, which I can imagine is when she leaves work, she sent me the details and didn’t call me back. Of course, they didn’t add up to $97 either. She now claims it’s $82. Which includes $25 in toll charges which I received an invoice for only 1 week earlier and $57 in interest charges. The $25 in toll charges were from 2003 and billed last week.

Anyhow, after 2 years of 407 lies, I’m going to the police with this information in the morning and I want them to file racketeering charges against Denise, Anthony and the 407 executive. I’m also sending this to the Ontario Premier and Ontario Minister of Transportation.

These people should be jailed for their crimes. I understand their motivation. Ninety-nine of 100 people would simply pay the bills because they were afraid to lose their license plates. Sorry, not this guy.

GO GET EM RANDY!!! THAT’S THE SPIRIT! I AM WITH YOU ON THIS ONE. THE 407 AND THE ONTARIO GOVERNMENT IS CONSPIRING TO EXTORT $25 OUT OF CITIZENS ON PAIN OF NOT GETTING THEIR STICKER. THAT IS A COMPLETELY PLAUSIBLE NOTION. WHICH OF THE TWO DO YOU THINK IS THE MASTERMIND BEHIND THE SCAM? WHAT DO YOU THINK THE ONTARIO GOVERNMENT’S CUT IS?

SMALL QUESTION RANDY IF YOU DON’T MIND; WHERE DID THE TOLL COMPANY GET THOSE TWO “NON-EXISTING” ADDRESSES FOR YOU? IS IT POSSIBLE YOU SET UP FAKE ACCOUNTS WITH FAKE ADDRESSES THINKING YOU COULD SCAM THEM OUT OF THE CHARGES AND THEN GOT FRIGHTENED AND WENT ON THE OFFENSIVE WHEN THEY TRACKED YOU TO YOUR ACTUAL ADDRESS?

Toronto uber-blogger Randy Morin is sick and tired of the 407 ETR, or at least their wacky billing systems.  He’s in the process of escalating a complaint through the premier’s office, trying to get his bill sorted.  And in the process he’s tossing around lots of loaded words like “racketeering”.  Pull up a chair and enjoy the fireworks this May 24 weekend…

NOW RANDY’S BATTLE WITH BELL CANADA IS TOO VOLUMINOUS TO POST. THE SHORT OF IT IS THAT RANDY LOST SERVICE FOR A “COUPLE OF DAYS” AND THEN WAS MADE THAT THEY SENT HIM A BILL FOR THE WHOLE MONTH.
